General Terms and Conditions:

The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of the products offered on the Internet under http://www.allabouttime.net, hereinafter "goods". Deviating terms and conditions shall not become part of the contract even if the order has been based on them and no express objections to their validity have been raised.

Shipping to a different address than the billing address:

Because of the heighten risk of fraud associated with shipping luxury products, All About Time prefers to ship items to the billing addresses of their purchasers. We do, however, realize that there is often a desire to have the item shipped to an alternate address. If you would like that a package be shipped to an address other than your billing address, we ask that you contact your credit card company and have them add an "Alternate Shipping Address" to your account with them. It is a very simple and routine process that shouldn't take longer than a few minutes to complete. In turn, it adds a level of security to your purchase that simply is not worth overlooking.

Simply call the phone number on the back of your credit card, ask that they add an "Alternate Shipping Address to File". Get them to add the address you would like to have the product shipped to. This extra five-minute security procedure will ensure that both you and we are protected from potential fraudulent orders by letting All About Time know that the cardholder has authorized us to send the product to an address other than the billing address on the credit card's account.


Orders, Prices

  1. Your order, which is binding for you for 10 days, shall be accepted by a written confirmation from our part via email or US Mail.
  2. The prices specified on our website shall be binding.
  3. All prices quoted are gross prices, delivery paid, including packaging and dispatch within the United States. A 6.75% Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped in the State of Ohio.
  4. We reserve the right to deliver goods, which may differ in some aspects from the original description unless such modifications do impair the functionality of the goods in question.
  5. We currently do not ship to international destinations except Canada and Puerto Rico
  6. Sales are FINAL on all Custom orders and orders that require engraving.
  7. All sales for clock parts are FINAL.

Shipping

  1. Free shipping in the Contiguous United States and APO addresses for all products via UPS Ground. Please note: Grandfather Clocks usually ship within 3-8 days via Freight from the manufacturer to your requested destination (United States Only).
  2. Clocks will usually ship UPS Ground(Signature Required upon delivery) or the best way to your door. Please allow up to 2-10 business days for delivery. (If customer request a clock to be delivered without a signature All About Time will not be liable.)
  3. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Puerto Rico will have an additional charge for shipping. 
  4. We currently do not ship to international destinations except Canada and Puerto Rico
  5. All About Time is not responsible for any additional taxes or fees that are charged for international orders (Canada), and must be paid by the customer. If package shipped to Canada and Puerto Rico is not accepted, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  6. Next Day and Second Day Air are available for an additional fee. Please contact our office for shipping prices at 1-877-589-8463. Additional shipping charges will not be refunded on return clocks.
  7. We shall be entitled to make partial deliveries.
  8. Delivery dates shall be binding if we have confirmed them in writing.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) Money Orders and Bank Checks. Mail money order and/or bank checks to:  All About Time, Inc. P.O. Box 24550, Cleveland, Ohio 44124

Merchandise will be shipped after the approval of funds and payment is received.
Return Checks are subject to a $35.00 Non-Sufficient Fund Fee.


Warranty

All Clocks are guaranteed for a period of 1 year against manufacturers defects, unless otherwise stated. Abuse, mis-handling, and damage due to shipping are not covered. The only cost you will incur would be for shipping expenses, if necessary. However, begin by giving us a phone call, since problems can often be solved over the phone. Prior to returning a defective clock, you must first contact All About Time for approval. Please refer to the "Return Policy" for shipping instructions.

Reservation of Title

  1. We reserve the title to the goods delivered until complete payment has been made.
  2. You shall have no power of disposition of such reserved property goods.
